Q. What is a referral?
A. A referral is someone who signs up through your link
and completes an offer.
Q. Do you really pay nothing?
A. Yes, if you complete a free offer there are no other
hidden costs involved.
Q. Can you sign up with multiple accounts?
A. You cannot sign up to any of the referral sites more
than once. And your family members cannot sign up from
the same computer so be careful not to do this as it is
against the T&Cs of the referral site.
Q. How long does my gift take to arrive?
A. It takes about a week to arrive.
Q. Will I recieve any spam form the referral site?
A. No, they do not send you any spam. Your email is used
only to activate your account when you first sign up.
Q. What happens when I get all of the referrals for my
gift?
A. You submit your account to get verified then you can
place your order.
Q. What does it mean when it says my account is
being verified?
A. They are checking to make sure you haven't broke any
of the T&Cs.
Q. Which is the best offer to complete?
A. It all depends, some are free and some aren't. If you
want to do a free offer do the Lovefilm offer as it's
simply a two week free trial (you must rent 1 dvd).
Alternatively the next best offer I would recommend is
Gala Bingo. It only costs £5, it credits in 5 minutes
and if you're lucky you'll win something.
Q. What does it mean when it says a referral is
pending?
A. It means they have signed upto an offer like Lovefilm
but the offer stays pending until they rent 1 dvd and
complete the offer.
Q. Someone I know completed an offer but it
didn't show up on my account?
A. This doesn't happen too often but from time to time
offers don't track properly. Simply get them to submit a
support ticket with proof they completed the offer and
it will get resolved.
Q. What is a support ticket?
A. If you need to ask any questions on the referral site
you must create a support ticket. Expect a response
within 24 hours in most cases.
